RAD Lofts is a proposed $60M mixed-use development in the Asheville River Arts District. Headwater staff have completed assessment and remedial activities culminating in a finalized Brownfields agreement with the State of North Carolina.
Additionally, Headwater staff assisted in securing HUD financing via specific environmental assessment and remediation strategies. Headwater will remain on-site during on-going development activities as a provider of third-party observation/documentation, in addition to providing on-going reporting and permitting documents to the State.
